**Terms and Conditions for At-Home Bakers**

**1. Introduction**  

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of baked goods by Sugarcoated Kreations (the "Baker") to customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**2. Ordering Process**  

- Orders can be placed through the order phone, phone call, email, Facebook, or Instagram.  

- All orders must be confirmed before preparation begins.  

- A minimum notice period of 7- 14 days is required for custom orders.

**3. Payment**  

- Payment is required upon confirmation of the order unless otherwise agreed.  

- Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Paypal, or Cash. 

- For orders placed within two weeks, 50% of payment will be requested at the time of booking; the remainder is required 72 hours before pick-up or delivery. 

- For orders placed within one week 100% of payment is due at the time of booking 

- For big orders over $200 regardless of when the order was placed, 100% of payment is due at the time of booking. 

**4. Cancellation and Refund Policy**  

- Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund.  

- If the Baker is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

**5. Allergen Information**  

- The Baker uses common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs in their recipes.  

- Customers should notify the Baker of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.  

- The Baker takes care to prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens.

**6. Delivery and Pickup**  

- Customers can choose to pick up their orders or request delivery.  

- Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance and nature of the order.  

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

**7. Quality Assurance**  

- The Baker strives to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery to address your concerns.

**8. Limitation of Liability**  

- The Baker is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of baked goods.

- By purchasing from the Baker, you agree to do so at your own risk.

**9. Modifications to Terms**  

- The Baker reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
